1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Minty Finance ("we", "us", or "our", operated by Skillizee Platforms). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Minty Finance mobile application (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the App.
2. Purely Educational Simulation Service
Specifically:
- No Real Currency: The starting ₹1,00,000 virtual balance has zero cash value. Virtual currency cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or converted into real fiat money, cryptocurrency, or goods under any circumstances.
- No Real Brokerage: No actual stock exchange orders are executed on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), or any global exchange. All orders are processed in a simulated sandbox engine.
- No Demat / Bank Account Linkage: You will never be asked to connect a bank account, UPI ID, or Demat account.
3. Not a Registered SEBI Advisor or Broker
Minty Finance, Skillizee Platforms, and their contributors are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Stock Brokers, Sub-Brokers, Investment Advisers (RIA), or Research Analysts under applicable SEBI Regulations.
No content, educational lesson, stock watchlist, price screen, or simulated portfolio metric within the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell real securities. Real-world investing involves risk of loss of principal. Consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor for real investment decisions.
4. User Accounts & Verification
- You must provide a valid mobile phone number to receive an SMS verification code to create and access your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information (such as your display name) and not impersonate any person or entity.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile device and login session.
5. Prohibited Conduct
While using Minty Finance, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the application's source code or game APIs.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to artificially inflate XP points, leaderboard rankings, or virtual wealth.
- Harass, abuse, or use offensive language in user display names or public leaderboard ranks.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian IT laws.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, visual designs, UI graphics, logos, lesson curriculum, interactive quizzes, and branding associated with Minty Finance are the exclusive property of Skillizee Platforms and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide realistic market data feeds and informative lessons, we do not guarantee the real-time accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minty Finance and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any real-world financial decisions made based on concepts learned within the simulator.
8. Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our Account Deletion Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent leaderboard manipulation.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi/NCT, India.
